If you are not getting any sound at all, it is easy, but maybe a bit tedious, to figure out what is wrong.  You start by simplifying your signal chain to the bare minimum, and then adding parts until you find the problem module.  Then you can troubleshoot the module.

1.  Plug your guitar into your amp directly and make sure you are getting sound.

2.  You may be using a wing Pass Thru module for your guitar.  If so, plug your guitar into the Pass Thru module and run a cable from the Pass Thru module to your amp.  Make sure you are using the matching connectors on the front and back of the Pass Thru.

3.  If that worked, then cable from your Pass Thru to your first module in your signal chain, and from there to your amp.  Continue adding modules into your chain in the same manner until you lose your sound.  The problem will be with the last module you connected.

4.  For that module, make sure the power and switching are working correctly.  If power and switching seem to be working, but you still don't have sound, then check your controls for the modules (which you should have done before you start any of this...) to make sure you don't have the volume, gain, level, or some similar control turned all the way off.

5.  If you still have the problem, make sure that all the cables inside the module are connected correctly.  Even if they are, jiggle them a bit to see if there is a bad connection.

6.  Also try using different audio cables in case one of your audio cables is bad.

Once you have the problem isolated to a specific module, you can again simplify the problem by plugging your guitar and amp directly into that module and testing that way.  That eliminates issues related to cabling with other modules.

If the module passes dry signal but not effected signal, or vice versa, there may be a problem with the switching board.  Most likely that will be a cabling issue, as the switching boards rarely fail.  But it is possible that the switching board may need to be replaced.

If you can't find the problem this way, then there may be some other problem with the module.  Check with Customer Support to further troubleshoot the problem or to get the module repaired.  The most common problems that lead to no sound are cable-related - bad cable, disconnected cable, or incorrect cabling.
