Very good condition with lots of paint chips. This is the old original, vintage, MIJ model, not the newer re-issues. 18VDC (or takes two 9V batteries) lets the MN3005 run with more clean headroom. I believe that the Maxon AC-118 power adapter (noted on back label) is center-negative, but don't have one to test it.
