Excellent, near-mint condition with a couple of tiny knicks. Includes original box, instructions, etc as pictured. I bought this pedal new with the mods directly from Keeley in 2008. I'm not sure about what was included in that mod package back then. I think it was mostly the bypass switching and some capacitor and op-amp upgrades.
