Very good condition, with some minor rubs and scratches. The white specks in the pictures aren't dust in this case. It looks like the pedal was in the area where some spray-painting was done and tiny spots of white paint settled on it. It's not that noticeable, but it's odd and definitely not dust like in many of my other pics. It's missing the sticker and rubber on the back. It's difficult to tell the originals from the re-issues. I bought this one used in 2018. I don't think the re-issues had come out at that time. For that reason I believe it is an original from the 90's.
